Tactic Pack is an accessory that attaches to the rear of most sea kayaking PFDs. Basically it is a rear pocket for your PFD, but it has the unique ability to be unclipped from one side and swung around to the front of your PFD allowing you to access the gear in your Tactic Pack without having to remove your PFD. The Tactic Pack is designed to hold a Kokatat's 1.5l hydration Reservoir (sold separately) or gear in the main top load zippered pocket plus some small items of gear in the two hidden zippered pockets on the side normally toward the back of your PFD. The hidden pockets become accessible (face forward) when you swing the pack around to the front of your PFD.
